About The Mindset Collective

The Mindset Collective was created from a deep belief that wellbeing is foundational to how we learn, lead and live. After more than fifteen years in education and wellbeing leadership, I saw that lasting growth happens when people understand themselves as whole humans, not just thinkers, but nervous systems, hearts and identities in motion.

Our work integrates mindset education, nervous system awareness and values-based self-leadership through the Y.O.U. Framework: Your Mind, One Body, Unique Heart. We teach practical tools that help individuals recognise their thought patterns, regulate their energy, build emotional awareness and strengthen self-trust. When people understand how their mind works, how their body responds and what truly matters to them, confidence and resilience grow naturally.

From early learning to high school, tertiary settings and community spaces, our workshops and programs support students, educators, parents and leaders to build skills that extend far beyond the classroom. Through coaching and identity-based development experiences, we also guide individuals into deeper alignment with who they are and how they want to show up in the world.

The Mindset Collective exists to create a ripple effect of self-awareness, courage and collective growth. When one person strengthens their relationship with their mind, body and heart, entire communities benefit.

Collective growth. Collective impact. Collective potential.

Meet the Educator behind the dream

Liz Farah is an educator, wellbeing leader and founder of The Mindset Collective. With over fifteen years of experience teaching PDHPE and Dance in Sydney, she has dedicated her career to understanding the connection between mindset, movement and identity. Her work brings together education, neuroscience and lived experience to support people in developing emotional literacy, nervous system awareness and a strong sense of self.

Through her leadership in school wellbeing, Liz recognised that lasting growth requires more than surface strategies. It requires the ability to understand our internal world, regulate our responses and build evidence for who we are becoming. At the centre of her work is the Y.O.U. Framework, guiding individuals to strengthen their relationship with their mind, body and heart while developing autonomy and agency in how they learn, lead and live.

Motherhood and her ADHD diagnosis at 35 reshaped Liz’s understanding of herself. What once felt overwhelming became an invitation to approach her mind and nervous system with compassion. This deepened her commitment to embodied, practical tools that support resilience, clarity and aligned action. Every practice she teaches is one she lives.

Liz believes that when individuals understand how they think, feel and respond, they build self-trust. From students and educators to families, leaders and individuals seeking deeper alignment, her work supports people to create uniquely purpose driven and meaningful lives.

The Mindset Collective is the expression of that vision. A space where practical education meets heart-led growth, and where personal transformation creates a ripple effect throughout communities.

“I created The Mindset Collective because I have seen what happens when people truly understand themselves. Nothing excites me more than standing in a room, sitting in circle, or working one on one and witnessing someone realise they have more agency than they thought. That they are powerful and that they get to choose who they become. This work lights me up because it is practical and it is transformative. It gives people tools they can actually use, and the confidence to live in confidence with who they are. I believe deeply in brave conversations, embodied growth and communities that rise together. If you are ready to strengthen your mind, regulate your body, lead with your heart and build a life that feels meaningful and purpose driven, I would love to walk alongside you.”
