Humans were never meant to live outside of themselves.

Work With Us

Across education, business and leadership, there is a growing need for a more human way of thinking, working and leading.

The YOU Movement supports individuals and organisations to reconnect with themselves through the integration of mind, body and heart.

This work creates stronger self-awareness, emotional intelligence and the confidence to navigate an ever-changing world.

A flexible approach to human development

What we focus on

All experiences are grounded in the Y.O.U Framework, supporting:

  • self-awareness and identity

  • emotional intelligence and regulation

  • confidence and self-leadership

  • connection and communication

  • resilience and adaptability

What this creates

As individuals strengthen their connection to themselves, something begins to shift across the wider environment.

Teams communicate more effectively.

Leaders show up with greater clarity and confidence.

Individuals feel more grounded, engaged and connected in their work and relationships.

This work is not one-size-fits-all

Each experience is designed in collaboration with you, ensuring it aligns with your people, your goals and your environment.

Ongoing Early Learning Partnership

We currently partner with Explore & Develop Breakfast Point, delivering ongoing wellbeing workshops for children aged 2–5.

These sessions are thoughtfully designed to align with the centre’s focus areas, while introducing children to the foundations of the Y.O.U Framework through mind, body and heart.

Each experience is adapted to meet children where they are, creating a space that feels engaging, supportive and developmentally appropriate.

Through storytelling, movement and guided exploration, children begin to:

  • recognise and express their emotions

  • build awareness of their thoughts and feelings

  • develop confidence in who they are

  • strengthen connection with themselves and others

Over time, this consistent approach supports the integration of wellbeing in a way that becomes part of everyday learning, rather than something separate.

This partnership reflects how this work can be embedded into early learning environments in a way that is both meaningful and sustainable, supporting not only individual children, but the wider community.
